Page Personnel are appointing an Assistant Payroll Manager and will be a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their career.

Our client is a specialist operator in the mental health sector.


Description

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Maintain accuracy of information held on the payroll system
  • Run the payroll for weekly & monthly paid employees
  • Updating student loan/tax codes as issued by HMRC
  • Registering eligible individuals to the pension programme
  • Processing leaver including P45s
  • Completing year end payroll processes including issuing of P60s
  • Answering any payroll & pension queries

Profile

About you:

  • Must be immediately available
  • Substantial experience in a payroll function
  • Knowledge of HMRC guidelines & wage laws
  • Enthusiastic & knowledgeable personality
  • Strong knowledge of data protection laws
You will need to be able to get to an office 5 days a week.


Job Offer
£30,000 - £32,500 pa
