The Role

We recognise our Administrators play a key part ensuring all day-to-day systems and processes are running smoothly, whilst making the working environment a more enjoyable place to be.
We are currently looking for a HR Administrator to work as a trusted partner within the People and Culture team, providing first-class HR administration to enhance the employee experience.
This is an exciting opportunity that will allow you to demonstrate your ability to multitask and coordinate various duties, whilst focusing on providing the customer an experience they will never forget.
Key Responsibilities
- Working alongside the UK & I People & Culture Team to support a diverse and varied remit; from scheduling meetings, industrial relations administration, note taking at formal meetings.
- Preparing and issuing employee letters, supporting with employee relations and people change, participating in projects and assignments alongside other support.
- Issue Annual Salary Review letters, Annual Bonus Letters, gathering data for Data Subject Access requests, maintaining correspondence (shared mailbox) and provide helpdesk support to employees and managers.
- Ensure the employee experience is of the highest quality through the completion of SLA's and providing timely responses.
Experience and Qualifications
- A passion and demonstrable skill for first class, professional customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy
- IT proficient (including Excel and PowerPoint); confident handling and working with data, proficient at touch typing
- Ability to organise and prioritise a workload to meet deadlines
