Description

Cook/Chef wanted for our busy Coffee Shop.
Day time only, no evenings hours / week. (We're flexible on whether this is a FT or PT position) Preparing and serving food to an excellent standard. You will be involved in stock control and ordering as well as ensuring the kitchen standards are maintained.
Weekend work is essential, however no evenings required

Main duties include

Prepare, cook and serve food to a high standard.
Take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety ensuring compliance with national regulations and inhouse policies.
Maintaining our 5 star food hygiene rating
Monitor the kitchen's stock levels and place orders as required.
Thoroughly clean the kitchen at the end of the shift.

We are not on public transport routes therefore own transport is essential.
