About the role and the team
As Progression Coach, you will manage a caseload of clients, addressing their physical, emotional, social and behavioural needs.

This will involve running group sessions and other key activities within the supported accommodation to help them progress towards independence.


You will hold a shared responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of all clients, volunteers and staff in the service.


In addition, you will ensure our accommodation is properly maintained and take an active role in the upkeep of the physical spaces of the accommodation.

Where the client lives in the community you will ensure that their tenancy is not at risk and that they have the skills and resources to manage and maintain their accommodation.


About you:

You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the values and ethos of Depaul UK.

  • Experience of working with the client group
  • An understanding of the needs of people who have experienced homelessness, poor mental health, substance use
  • A knowledge and understanding of Risk Assessments and Support Planning.
