Barker Munro recruitment has a number of vacancies to join the Insurance industry within a specialist Application Fraud team.


You will be trained to be responsible for validating policy information to ensure that customers have the right cover at the right price.

As a Policy Review Specialist you will be accountable for helping customers through the validation journey in a busy phone and administration role.

The role is office based for the first 6 months and then will offer hybrid working. Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm. Excellent holiday entitlement and benefits.


Skills and experience:
We can consider EITHER previous customer service work experience or a Graduate looking to secure their first career step.

You will be a great communicator with an eye for the detail and have excellent time management and organisational skills.
