Description
An established consultancy firm is now looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their busy team. You'll support communication between clients and the business, raising contracts, processing client information, and recording and confirming contract amendments. This is an immediate start role offering a salary of
up to £25,000 and great benefits.

As the Sales Support Administrator, you will:

  • Raising contracts and operating internal sales approvals, including maintenance of associated documentation, and tracking systems.
  • Working closely with the consultancy team, supporting communication between clients and the company.
  • Liaising with clients regarding contract amendments.
  • Answering the telephone to respond to incoming client enquiries.
  • Processing client information into the company database and effectively communicating any relevant information to the delivery team.
  • Ordering stationery and Office Supplies.

As the Office Administrator, you should have:

  • Good experience of MS Office skills (Word & Excel)
  • An understanding of financial administration / invoicing.
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to develop further, professionally and personally.
  • Strong administration skills, ideally gained in a similar position.
  • Ideally previous experience of working with CRM systems.
