The Company:

We are pleased to be supporting a Global FMCG manufacturing business with the recruitment of a Warehouse & Logistics Lead, this key role in their Supply Chain team plays a vital part in ensuring customer service is achieved to the exceptional standard set bythe business whilst operating in a challenging global supply chain environment

The Role:

Some of the key responsibilities will be:

Management of 3 and 4 PL suppliers across the Europe, including 3 distribution hubs
Effective management of Haulier contracts and customs processes (undertaken by customs agents)
Monitoring of KPIs in terms of SLA's
Cost control and account management from a finance perspective
Taking on the role of Subject Matter expert for Customs processes
Proactively resolve issues
Maintain focus on customer service

The Person:

This is certainly not a role for the fainthearted, you will be given the opportunity to really shine as well as benefitting from developing your skillset in a supportive, successful team

Personable, confident communicator who can effectively build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Experienced logistics professional from either 3PL or in house background preferably FMCG
Strong organisation shills and commercial acumen
Collaborative team player
Experience in 3PL contract management
Experience in managing customs agents
