Are you an experienced manager looking for a new and exciting challenge? Our reputable client based in South Normanton are looking to hire a new Customer Support Manager to join their growing business where you will be responsible for the day to day managementof a small admin team and drive improvement in the service delivered.

To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

Previous experience of managing a team in a customer focused environment
A great telephone manner
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to prioritise workload, managing time well and working under pressure
SAP/EPS experience would be advantageous

Within this position, you'll be:

Managing a small team of Administrators within a busy Sales Admin office
Ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention
Driving improvement on service levels
Updating customers on deliveries keeping communications open with customers
Being the escalation point for customer complaints for the team
Ensuring CRm is kept upto date with all customer interations
Providing upto date information on products and services
Resolving emerging problems accurately and efficiently

**Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £28,000 per annum plus Bonus

Working hours are Monday - Friday8:30am-5pm and early finish Fridays
