Litmos is looking for a full-time RFx Specialist to join our busy and dynamic Pre-Sales organization as a member of The RFx Team.

The RFP Specialist oversees multiple projects, working directly with the Global RFx Manager.

They support our sales and renewal leaders across the globe who leverage our response processes to win new business for the company and retain our existing clients.

The RFx Specialist will utilize our content library to respond to RFx, RFI, Security Assessments, and Due Diligence Requests.


The individual in this role will work closely with our internal SMEs, product leads, and services and support colleagues to ensure our response database is always up to date.

The RFP Specialist drives the RFP process from kick-off to completion, with a priority on providing outstanding internal services to Litmos' sales colleagues, helping ensure they are prepared to deliver winning proposals to our prospects and clients on-time.


EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:


  • Leverages key company tools to complete projects and adhere to RFx Team processes and internal SLAs, including Loopio, Salesforce, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Intakes and evaluates RFXs, due diligence, information security, and other questionnaires related to Litmos Learning Management platform.
  • Assigns questions as needed to appropriate internal SMEs and tracks all progress, ensuring proper forethought and requirement gathering from across the company.
  • Coordinates the Sales Executives and Account Manager to ensure questionnaires are understood and appropriate for the Litmos solution.
  • Supports ongoing RFx Team initiatives designed to drive continuous improvements in team process, resources, internal communications, and quality of RFx Responses.
  • Adheres to and champions RFx Team processes during projects while anticipating or executing necessary workarounds to ensure timely completion of concurrent projects.
  • Adheres to company policies and guidelines and maintains a high ethical standard while managing company information and confidentiality
  • Always staying current on new product releases and market trends on providing world class sales support.
  • Exhibit agility and flexibility to meet business needs. Communicate relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback within the team.
  • Demonstrate innovative approaches to increase own and team productivity.
  • Develop collaborative work relationships.
  • Must be very organized and able to work on multiple projects concurrently in order to meet demanding deadlines.

WORK EXPERIENCE:


  • 12 years in a similar role is highly desirable
  • Experience using the Loopio RFP response management
  • Direct professional experience in a role with high accountability and deadlines
  • Demonstrated success in selfdriven work and ability to take ownership and carry projects through to completion

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Communication skills
  • Teamwork & Collaboration
  • English and German, other European languages are a plus
