Description
We're seeking a talented HubSpot Specialist to join our growing team and take ownership of our complex lead automation workflows.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless integration between HubSpot and our various advertising channels, ultimately optimising lead generation and nurturing.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced lead automation workflows within HubSpot.
- Manage and troubleshoot existing automation sequences, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Integrate HubSpot with multiple advertising channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to ensure smooth data flow and lead capture.
- Analyse automation performance metrics and recommend datadriven improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand lead nurturing needs and translate them into effective automation strategies.
- Stay uptodate on the latest HubSpot features and functionalities, continuously optimising our use of the platform.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, ideally with a focus on automation.
- A strong understanding of marketing automation best practices.
- Experience integrating HubSpot with various advertising platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- A problemsolving mindset with a knack for troubleshooting complex workflows.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
