Duties and responsibilities for the After Sales Coordinator role include:

Dealing with all aspects of aftersales for their existing portfolio of customers.
Booking and processing all elements of servicing and repairs.
Ensure that you meet the maintenance needs of your customers
Raising quotations and obtain costings from suppliers
Booking/scheduling engineers diaries
Arranging delivery of parts
Processing orders and invoices

Skills and experience required for the After Sales Coordinator role:

Previous Customer service coordination experience
Preferably coordinated engineers
Confident with a proactive attitude
Good telephone manner
Able to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
React to change quickly
Take ownership of tasks and enjoys solving problems
