Reed Practice have been engaged by a regional accountancy firm who pride themselves in supporting and developing their people as they recognise the success of the business is down to the skills of the team.


We have an opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Manager or Assistant Manager to join this thriving firm as Manager to oversee the audit and accounts, or if so desired, just the accounting services for a portfolio of clients and managing a team fromtrainee to qualified.

Based out of their Head Office, reporting directly to the Partners, your role will involve:

Tasks will involve:

  • The review of yearend statutory accounts and associated corporate tax returns, as well as the monthly and quarterly management accounts.
  • Management of the full audit process from start to finish; planning, delegating work, finalising and liaising with primary client contacts.
  • Managing your team including training, mentoring, reviewing their work and offering advice where required.
