Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Up sell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to remain calm and empathetic in challenging situations.
Salary:
From £24,623.63 per year
