This is an exciting opportunity to join the Nursing Quality and development Team based at Fairfield General Hospital. We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive Band 7 nurse who has a passion for quality and development.

Previous Band 7 experience is essential to undertake this role as you will be responsible for managing projects, influencing change and role modelling.

Our projects are underpinned by QI process; if this is something you have experience with or have an interest in then this role may be for you.

Our team vision is to improve patient experience and outcomes measurable through reduction in complaints, improved retention of staff and succession planning, reduction in harms and most importantly patient feedback.

In order to help achieve this we will be focusing on empowering and developing our nursing teams to deliver person centred safe quality care every time with a focus on the fundamentals of care.
