We are looking for an enthusiastic Bid Administrator to support our work winning team through the tendering process.


Reporting to the Senior Bid Manager, you will have excellent administrative and IT skills along with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

It is essential that you are a great communicator and have exemplary organisational skills.
Previous experience of working with a bid/project team in the construction industry would be advantageous, but not essential.


The Bid Administrator shall:

  • Provide clerical support to the bid team, including word processing, scanning, photocopying and binding/laminating documents
  • Reviewing documents, checking they comply with regulations, creating revisions and archiving outdated versions
  • Act as the central point of contact for all documentrelated activities
  • Manage the tender calendar, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that tender documents are submitted on time
  • Distributing documents to the relevant people or departments and notify of any actions
  • Manage & maintain the project filing system
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of filing and administrative systems
  • Assist with production of reports and documents to an acceptable standard, as required
