The Details...
You will primarily be responsible for the electrophysiological characterisation of nanopores and their subsequent data analysis. You will have the opportunity to optimise the design of a nanopore target along with its expression and purification.

What We're Looking For...
You will be in possession of a BSc in physics, biophysics, biochemistry, biology, chemistry or equivalent. Experience of using the linux operating system, bash scripting, python-based data analysis and R is highly desirable. Furthermore, knowledge of proteinstructure, membrane proteins and their expression and purification would be advantageous.
