About Our Client:

A fast-paced and reputable University located in South West London.

The successful HR Partner will be responsible for:* Providing advice on a range of HR activities
Managing a varied caseload from disciplinary, grievance, absence management, capability etc
Supporting the implementation of HR strategy
Planning and advising on staff recruitment
Assisting with workforce planning
HR project work.

The Successful Applicant:

The successful HR Partner must have:* Senior HR experience within higher education or the public sector
Availability to start as soon as possible
Ability to be flexible and adaptable with hybrid working patterns
Excellent communication skills.
