Key Accountabilities

Complete ownership of all daytoday aspects of the fund operational service for all clients
This will include oversight and handson involvement with the following administrative tasks; NAV production; bookkeeping and accounting; investor takeon and transfer agency; CDD
Day to day oversight of the client reporting function, this includes financial statement preparation;
Management of the fund administration team, providing technical support and motivation to the team on a day to day basis
Recruitment of additional highquality team members to support the growth of the Funds business, as required
Build and maintain constructive relationships with clients, client advisers, auditors, custodian, regulator, etc.
Support the Head of Funds with relationship management of clients, investors and internal stakeholders
Oversee the Fund Services operational service model on an ongoing basis to ensure that it continues to deliver work product within a robust risk and control framework for the business
Work alongside the Head of Funds and senior staff on new business development opportunities as appropriate
Work to implement new business opportunities and to design and implement new operating service models for new business
Continual appraisal and improvement of operating model to increase efficiency and control
Financial management of the business to include billing and to monitor and enhance team efficiency
Ad hoc technical / regulatory project work as required
