Very well established and friendly Company based in the heart of Bookham. An excellent opportunity has arisen to join an admin team of 2. Responsible for all the administration that is required across all departments, including accounts, sales admin and purchasing.

  • Answer incoming calls (take messages / transfer / deal with as necessary)
  • Follow up calls to schedule maintenance work with clients.
  • Schedule work with clients and produce all necessary documentation for clients and operatives.
  • Process new clients onto the Opera system, assisting sales with admin to update system.
  • Produce new and renewal maintenance proposals.
  • Contact new clients to offer maintenance contracts.
  • Update work planner as required, liaise with project managers.
  • Take payments by credit card, processed on world pay.
  • Deal with daytoday office requirements, courier, post etc.
  • Deal with enquiries from operatives to ensure smooth running of jobs.
  • Chase suppliers and track supply of goods for work to be carried out on time.
  • General office administration, stationery order
  • Any other duties as directed by Office Manager

Person Specification:


  • Confident, friendly team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office essential
  • Have a drive to contact and bring in new customers
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High level of attention to detail, driven by procedures

Additional Information:

- £23,000 - £28,000
  • Depending upon experience
  • 1year maternity contract; possibility of becoming permanent
  • Tea and Coffee provided in kitchen
  • Parking available
  • Mon-Fri 95pm
