LETTINGS PROGRESSOR - Housing Association

£30k

Position:
Permanent - Full Time

We are looking for an organised and methodical Lettings Progressor to join a highly respected housing association based in the Uxbridge area.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide high quality customer service whilst ensuring a calm and professional manner at all times.

The role would require someone who is confident and comfortable on the phone as the position involves chasing the progression of all tenancies put forward by lettings officers.

Skills:
The skills required for this Lettings Progressor(Housing Association)role will include:

Some experience in Residential Lettings / tenancy progression beneficial
Excellent telephone manner
Highly organised and possess high levels of administration ability
Ability to develop and maintain relationships
Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
