THE ROLE


At Westinghouse, we're growing and changing every day, and it's an exciting time to be a part of our team.

We're looking for a pioneering individual who will ensure we are the first choice for safe, clean and efficient energy solutions by being part of our future.

This specific role is looking for a self-motivated individual to flourish as a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice.


With the use of the Learning Academy on site, we provide continuous development for our apprentices through award-winning training packages to help develop your professional and personal skills.

Being involved in a mixture of 'off-the-job' training, college reviews and placements, will expose you to real challenges that support our business.


Gaining experience working within the business sectors across our Preston site, including areas such as recruitment, communications and site safety training.

You will learn how to take a confident approach to problem solving through practical experience.

You will also have a fantastic opportunity to gain an insight into how manufacturing operations work in the nuclear industry, developing skills in working with both internal and external stakeholders.

Are you up for the challenge?

Qualifications required

5 GCSE's including maths, English at grade 5-9, A-C or equivalent qualification.


If you are selected to go through to the next stage, you will be invited to complete online aptitude tests in Maths, English and ICT.

On successful completion you will be invited to for an interview at Springfields.

If you are selected to join Springfields you will start your journey with us in August 2023.
