Description

Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a dedicated and passionate SEND Teacher to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of students with special educational needs and disabilities.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to students with a range of SEND, including learning difficulties and disabilities
Differentiate and adapt the curriculum to meet the individual needs of each student
Provide support and guidance to students to help them reach their full potential
Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to SEND provision
Use a range of assessment methods to track students' progress and inform future planning

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching students with SEND, including learning difficulties and disabilities
Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and relevant legislation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A commitment to ongoing professional development
