The company
Our client is an international law firm who are operating a new function in Belfast City Centre and are seeking to recruit a Legal Administrator (multiple opportunities) to join their growing team.
This is an excellent new opportunity for an individual who is proactive, organised and has a high attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Provide general administration duties, photocopying, scanning etc.
- Dairy management
- Using the company's internal systems to update records and input data
- Preparation of highquality documents
- Assisting with correspondence and administration tasks
- Proactive support across all other departments on a need's basis
- Filing/records management
Requirements:
- Office experience required.
- Must be able to achieve basic proficiency in MS Office.
- Must have the ability to work well with a team and independently.
- Proactive with the ability to multitask
