The company


Our client is an international law firm who are operating a new function in Belfast City Centre and are seeking to recruit a Legal Administrator (multiple opportunities) to join their growing team.


This is an excellent new opportunity for an individual who is proactive, organised and has a high attention to detail.

You will provide administrative support to their team and ensure that all duties are carried out efficiently. This is a chance to be part of an exciting function that could develop and scale up over time.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administration duties, photocopying, scanning etc.
  • Dairy management
  • Using the company's internal systems to update records and input data
  • Preparation of highquality documents
  • Assisting with correspondence and administration tasks
  • Proactive support across all other departments on a need's basis
  • Filing/records management

Requirements:


  • Office experience required.
  • Must be able to achieve basic proficiency in MS Office.
  • Must have the ability to work well with a team and independently.
  • Proactive with the ability to multitask
