WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

As the Team Administrator, you will**- Liaise with clients on enquiries, including taking a full creative brief and determining deadlines.


  • Sourcing products and liaising with suppliers to obtain accurate prices and lead times
  • Prepare and send quotations, containing full and concise details regarding product description, costs etc
  • Advise the artwork team on details and ensure it is correct in connection with the order and gain approvals prior to production.
  • Handle queries from both customers and suppliers and manage expectations from both sides.

WHAT THEY WILL NEED FROM YOU:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Integrity of sales database
  • A high level of written and spoken communication is required
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Highly organised and methodical with an ability to prioritise
  • Selfmotivated

WHAT WILL YOU GAIN:
