The Sales Team Leader, Closing, is responsible for driving conversion to order for all customers who have had a survey to replace their garage door.

Working with our valued customers and network of Franchisee's, you will support your team in achieving new business performance metrics in line with budget.

You will be able to drive a high performance culture through exceptional coaching and leadership skills.

Able to motivate individuals to achieve personal and professional goals in line with company strategy and, where required, able to deliver challenging messages and conversations through your exceptional communication skills and ability to enable people to see 'the big picture'.

You will be able to think critically, understanding the impacts of your decisions across our company, our customers and our colleagues.

The successful applicant should have the ability to;

  • Coach, motivate and develop teams to an exceptional standard.
  • Support the delivery of a high performance culture.
  • Achieve sales performance targets across their area of responsibility.
  • Work cross functionally to support the achievement of wider company goals.
  • Interpret and act on data such as call centre statistics to deliver increased performance.

  • Think critically and see 'the big picture'.
The successful role holder will in addition be expected to;

  • Hold and attend relevant meetings as required e.g.
1:1's, morning meetings.

  • Ensure all tasks within area of responsibility are completed to a high standard.
  • Address performance concerns immediately with a focus on improvement through coaching and support.
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested by senior leadership.
Requirements & Experience

1yr previous leadership experience in a sales environment with demonstrable results is essential for this role.

2yrs previous sales experience.

Sales experience in a contact centre environment is preferred but not essential.


This is an office based role hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm with the expectation of support on evenings, bank holidays and weekends as and when required.

Salary is £32,500 OTE £36,500.
