Key Responsibilities
As a Property Management Support Officer at Johns&Co, you will:
- The management of Heat Networks
- The support of Utility registration changes
- The support of Utility registration via our online system (Where needed)
- The payment of Void bills for suppliers
- The coordination / Management of the property management Inbox
- Relationship management with utility companies
- Provide adhoc support as and when necessary
Who We're Looking For
- Ability to Judge, Organise and prioritise a variety of administrative processes appropriately
- Ability to clearly communicate the purpose of due billing to customers and colleagues where needed.
- Ability to adapt to payment systems as is needed
- Ability to challenge billing where inaccurate in a calm professional manner
- Ability to keep accurate records of instructions and processes
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Clear understanding of standard utility costs for properties, Gas, Water, Electricity and if possible, a general background awareness of heat & cooling networks.

£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
