We are currently working with a huge client based in Rochdale - who are looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team.

Fully office based and some flexibility on hours worked.

Responsibilities:

Working predominantly across Purchase Ledger Duties whilst assisting Senior Management with Reporting & Project Work:

  • Process High Volume Supplier Invoices / Ensuring all Invoices are matched to Purchase Orders
  • Maintenance of Purchase Ledger Accounts
  • Communication with Suppliers / Statement Reconciliation
  • Reporting of Posted / Unposted Invoice Numbers & Query Volumes
  • Reconciling & Reporting of Intercompany Transactions
  • Process all Cash Expenses in line with Company Policies

Profile:


  • Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working within in Accounts
  • Strong communications skills verbally / written
  • Strong IT skills including Excel
  • Experience working in a SME Business
