Firetec Contracts Ltd, a leader in passive fire protection services, is looking for a motivated person looking become a Trainee Surveyor/Estimator to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who is looking to start their commercial career in the passive fire protection industry, offering a hands-on learning experience in a growing field.

• Assist in estimating and surveying projects related to passive fire protection systems including fire barriers, firestops, and fireresistant coatings.
• Support the assessment of building specifications to determine passive fire safety requirements and compliance with current regulations.
• Learn to prepare detailed cost estimates and project proposals that align with industry standards and client needs.
• Participate in site visits.
• Develop skills in using industryspecific software for design and estimation tasks.
• Generating new leads, tenders and opportunities

• Strong interest in the commercial aspects of construction.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant computer skills (e.g. Excel).
• Full driver's license.
