Absolute Accountancy are excited to be partnered with a luxury retail brand in London. The brand has a strong presence in the London market; stockists include Selfridges, Harvey Nichols and Net-A-Porter. They are looking for a Finance Assistant to join ona temporary to permanent basis.


The Finance Assistant will be working closely with the Finance Director and Finance Manager, and will have full responsibility for the accounts payable function.

The role will initially be focusing on the accounts payable side with the scope to progressand take on some more month end responsibilities.

This role would suit someone with 1-2 years' experience, looking to take their next step up.


What will you be doing in this role?

  • Take responsibility of the accounts payable function
  • Processing invoices, ensuring prices are correct
  • Communicating with suppliers, vendors and contractors to resolve any payments issues
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Processing expense claims
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Payment runs for stock and overheads

What are we looking for?

  • 12 years experience in accounts payable
  • Studying ACCA/CIMA
  • Strong communication skills
  • Being a fast learner

Salary - £26,000- £30,000 per annum
**Based - Central London/Remote
