Our client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy, are seeking a talented Project Architect to join their expanding team.

The successful Project Architect should have a good understanding and experience of running their own projects as well as managing variousschemes.

Our client has some exciting projects in their pipeline including some exciting education, high-rise residential, commercial and residential projects.


This is an opportunity for an experienced Project Architect to join an architectural practice that have a wide portfolio of clients, within various different sectors.

The successful Project Architect will be primarily be working on education, high-rise residentialand commercial developments so it would be advantageous to have previous experience within a similar position.

Daily responsibilities will include job running and discuss the ideas, objectives, requirements and budget of a project and in some cases help toselect a site.

The successful Architect will be using a mix of Revit & AutoCAD on a daily basis so it would be advantageous to have an excellent working knowledge of this software.


Our client is offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Architect to further their career within a supportive and busy atmosphere.

There is potential for career progression to an associate role so the successful Architect should be highlymotivated to achieve this position.

Project ArchitectPosition Overview

  • Run and manage projects independently
  • Work alongside internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage / mentor more junior members of staff
  • Work on all RIBA stages
  • Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction
  • Liaise with clients and develop key relationships

Project ArchitectPosition Requirements

  • ARB registered
  • Degree qualified in Architecture
  • Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD & Revit advantageous
  • Ability to run own projects
  • Good design skills
  • Living in or around Newcastle
  • Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic

Project ArchitectPosition Remuneration

  • Competitive salary (£35,000 £50,000 DOE)
