This leading Legal 500 multi-discipline law firm in central London now has a requirement for a Residential Property Solicitor. You should have a minimum of 3 years PQE and be technically on top of your game.

They work with the majority of leading estateagents and mortgage lenders, and deal with sales and purchases and mortgages of properties throughout England and Wales.

You will work across a mix of purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, property transfers and right to buymatters etc.

Within conveyancing the firms deals with commercial, domestic and large-scale residential developments.

You will benefit from a highly competitive salary as well as benefits to include free holidays for Christmas closing in addition to the 25 days allocated and private medical insurance.
