Service Advisor

OTE £35-£40k

Family Run Main Dealer Group

Bournemouth Area

Job Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet dealership customers and be the face of the business
  • Be ultraorganized and efficient in your duties
  • Liaise with the workshop regarding customer vehicles and technical queries
  • Keep the customer updated and in touch at every stage of their journey

Qualifications

  • Main Dealer Service Advisor experience is a benefit for this role
  • Excellent face to face customer skills and a great telephone manner

Salary and Benefits

  • Basic Salary £25k pa
  • Bonus available of £10£15k (Average being hit now)
  • Main Dealer training and benefits
  • 8am6pm M-F, 1 in 4 Sats 8am12pm
