In this role you will:


  • Lead the delivery of project controls, collaborating closely with pillar leads to develop implementation strategies on a global scale, identifying key prerequisites, risks and opportunities Lead engineer and contractor bids assessments, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients
  • Assist in preparing client project funding documents
  • Be a visible leader onsite, assessing engineer and contractor progress
  • Create and manage cost forecasts for key client developments
  • Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners
  • Manage and monitor project schedules, reporting on exceptions to the plan
  • Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings
  • Proactively lead risk management efforts and reviews
  • Support the final reconciliation of contracts and purchase orders
  • Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks

  • Have successfully lead project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating complex projects and programmes of large scale and complexity
  • Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing

  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
