Rate:

£33 per hour (umbrella)


Are you a dedicated and experienced Adults Qualified Social Worker looking for a rewarding opportunity? Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council is currently seeking individuals to join our dynamic Older People & Carers Team.


About the Role:


Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of Personalisation and Inclusion Pathways.
Assess, access, and implement social care services for adults with diverse needs.
Provide guidance, advice, and information to individuals and carers.
Offer supervision and practice support to ASYE/newly qualified social workers and Care Navigators.


Rate:

The rate for this position is £33 per hour (umbrella).
