About the role:


We are recruiting for a consultant who will collaborate with the existing service desk and the HCM and financials delivery teams that will support our customers.


Salary:
£35,000

This role will be remote with very occasional office visits (Manchester).


Role description:


  • This role will primarily involve the management of the triage of tickets from the service desk and make sure that tickets are routed to HCM and financials delivery teams when necessary.
  • You will be required to analyse and resolve user problems when they arise and help maintain the current knowledge base of the company.

Essential Criteria:


  • Experience of working in a professional setting complimented by excellent business knowledge acquired by working in; HR/Payroll, Finance/Accounting, Purchasing/Procurement, IT Customer Service / Helpdesk environment
  • Background in Service Desk ensuring the efficient and smooth administration and progression of incidents, problems and changes.
  • The ability to multitask, coordinate activities and work in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. The ability to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
  • Strong IT literacy.
  • Confident and comfortable working in a remote basis.
  • Basic or end user knowledge of the following is welcomed: Oracle eBusiness Suite, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, Service Now / ITIL.
