About the role

Due to continued growth and further broker acquisitions, our central JMG Claims team are looking for a Claims Executive to join our central claims department in Leeds.

Reporting to the Group Claims Director, this is a senior role that requires a self-motivated and professional individual with significant claims experience to look after a portfolio of JMG's client's claims requirements.

The successful Claims Executive will be responsible for ensuring that there is close and regular interaction with our clients and that our claims procedures are closely monitored, making sure service levels are enhanced wherever possible.

The Claims Executive will work closely with the Claims Handlers and act as a key contact between our network of clients, insurers, and third-party providers, providing support for all complex and major loss cases.

To be successful in the role, you will be technically strong in key areas such as motor, liability, and property claims.

Required skills

Significant experience in client management from a technical claims perspective
A desire to progress your career and work in complex claims management client facing role as part of a claims service team
Strong regulatory awareness
Commercially astute with a professional mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Driven by positive outcomes and building strong client relationships
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Full UK driving licence and desire to be client facing across the North of England
