About Our Client:
This business are a PLC business who have expanded massively over the past 5 years and have a modern and diverse work environment, this company are not your typical contact centre, they do not work on quantity, its all about the quality and the customer experience.
- Key responsibilities for this call centre agent will be;
- Delivering excellent customer service on every call received
- General administration and information sharing within the teams
- The role would suit an individual who takes pride in providing a great first impression and accurately collect the relevant data that's essential for the needs of the business
The Successful Applicant:
- Excellent customer service ability clear phone manor and excellent ability to articulate complex information requests
- Experience working in a contact centre based role or similar and keen to develop their skills in a new business
- Able to work in a KPI style environment
- Confident, helpful and personable character
- Have a natural ability to build relationships over the phone
What's on Offer:
- This role is offering;
- Basic Salary of 18,500
- 2 Weeks initial training will be provided and regular ongoing training
- Options for internal moves after 12 months within this role
- Working patterns Monday
- Friday, 9am 5pm
- Entitlement to all company benefits such as employee discounts, 23 days annual leave, large PLC business
- KPI's based around customer experience and completing files
- NO SALES needed for this role, KPI's can be achieved by offering excellent customer support
- Excellent location very easy to access from Liverpool, walking distance from Moorfields train station
