Description
We are hiring for an Assistant to the Head of Private Office for Hamptons country regions.
This is an opportunity for an experienced property professional to work as a point of contact for all work pertaining to the Private Office, including retained buyers, liaising with potential and existing clients, providing administrative, sales and marketing support.
This is a hybrid working opportunity; ideally you will be located within a commutable distance to Buckinghamshire, London or an alternative Hamptons Office location for weekly/bi-weekly meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Retained Buyers** property sourcing and fixed point of contact for customers, contracts, other agents

Leads from Hamptons and outside the business

Market Appraisals, central point of reference for client confirmation and support.

Listing Opportunities property sourcing via Homesearch

Administrati
ve support** well versed in Excel and Word

Microsite & Marketing **supervision and support

B2B Relationships **liaison and management
Experience & Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to prioritise and organise
- Positive, proactive and flexible approach
- Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ideally previous experience as an estate agent or within the property industry
