About the role
Jasmine House provides Supported Living services for adults with a learning disability.

Our aim is to support and empower service users to enhance their quality of life, maximise potential and to continue to develop and promote independent skills within their own home, and in the community.


Jasmine House can support up to 6 people, and we have a 6-bedded Supported Living house and are regulated by CQC.

And are rated overall good for supported living.

What will you be doing?

We are looking for two permanent waking Night Support Workers to work two/three nights per week who are motivated, enthusiastic and creative team players who are committed to providing high quality support.

You will need to be confident to undertake personal care tasks and have a willingness and capacity to work with people who may challenge.

There is also an opportunity to work additional hours as a relief support worker to meet service needs. There is also a requirement to work across services including both respite and supported living to meet service needs.


Staff will have the benefits of regular supervision, annual appraisals and excellent training opportunities including face-face training and access to our new grey matters training portal.

To attend staff meetings which are held once a month.

Hours are on a shift basis (22.00pm - 08:00am); including weekends and Bank Holidays. Enhancements are currently paid for working unsocial hours.

About you

No formal qualifications are essential, but there is a requirement to complete an induction which includes the new care certificate and all mandatory training which will include E-Learning modules.

A willingness to undertake a qualification in social care is also essential.
