You will assist the Catering Manager to organise and control all aspects of the catering operation to comply with the client, company, and statutory regulations.

Managing the Vending solutions onsite through 3rd party

Working closely with the wider team to ensure continued one team approach.

To manage and provide direction, guidance, and support to staff in the provision of all elements of the catering services, ensuring they can carry out their roles efficiently and effectively.

To ensure a standard of personal and general cleanliness and hygiene as to comply with company and statutory regulations.

To create, maintain and enhance effective working relationships with staff working within their control, other staff within the Company, the Client, and individuals in the external environment.

To ensure objectives are met through effective planning, allocation, and monitoring of work for self and teams.

To ensure effective recruitment, training and development of staff and ensure succession plans are in place for key positions on the contract.

To ensure effective management of staff within their control and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures in relation to food safety, operations management, HR, recruitment, absence management, disciplinary procedures etc.

Create and Maintain a Healthy, Safe, and Secure Environment and ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation

To effectively manage people and financial resources to maximise contract profitably, through efficient control procedures.
