An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Co-Ordinator to join our friendly Finance Team. The role supports delivery of the trust's Financial strategic programme of work, providing an interesting and varied workload.


This would ideally suit an enthusiastic and adaptable individual, someone looking to step up to the next level in their career, or a secondment opportunity.


The successful applicant will have extensive opportunities to develop your existing skills as well as learning new transferable skills within a healthcare provider setting.


Hours per Week: 30 hours (Hybrid working)

This roles will provide an interesting and varied workload and would suit an enthusiastic and adaptable individual.

The successful applicants will have extensive opportunities to develop their existing skills as well as learning new transferable skills within a healthcare provider setting, influencing, and delivering real change for the benefit of patients.


The list of duties required are:

  • Contribute to the planning, co-ordination, and production of Financial plans
  • Provide project management support to a variety of programmes
  • Facilitate meetings by preparing agendas, minute taking and following up actions
  • Arranging workshops and events
  • Proactively liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure outcomes are achieved

The skills required to deliver this will be:

  • Experience of working within a project management environment
  • Strong administration and attention to detail skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment working to tight deadlines
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
