An exciting opportunity to join a top housing organisation, with a customer and people first approach, selling new homes across their developments.


Role Purpose


You will provide an outstanding customer experience to customers looking to purchase a new home, assisting them with their home purchase from enquiry, reservation through to completion and beyond.


The Role
You will be responsible for property sales activities, reporting to the Sales Manager.

You will effectively respond to customers, book and complete viewing appointments, and assist customers in selecting their brand new home that meets their requirements.

You will be the main point of contact for your customers throughout their home buying journey. You will visit the properties you have for sale; completing viewing, void and completion appointments. You will also work with internal and external stakeholders collating all documentation and information you require for your homes.

As part of a busy team and role, you will work flexibly between the office, home and your operating area.


Your Experience, Skills and Qualifications:


  • You will be an experienced Sales Advisor/Negotiator/Consultant within estate agency or new homes/property
  • Ideally you'll have experience selling both shared ownership and open market homes
  • Understand the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion and beyond
  • Used to working to, and achieving targets set
  • Have in a good understanding of Section 106, leasehold and open market sales, including the conveyancing process
  • Experience using CRM systems to record information
  • With travel throughout the region a full UK driving licence and own vehicle is required

Salary:
circa £30,000, plus competitive benefits

Location:
Hybrid position, travel throughout developments in Dorset and Somerset, along with head office and home working

Contract:
Full time, Monday - Friday, permanent position.

As required, please be advised there will be occasional weekend and flexible working hours to 7pm to fully support your customers requirements.
