Role Introduction:
What You Will Do:
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure the Customer Experience teams have the tools and processes they need to conduct their work effectively and efficiently
- Consistently review services provided to ensure consistent, compliant, and highquality services are delivered to all customers
- Assisting with the regular review of Customer Experience operating procedures and advising change where required
- Supporting Customer Experience teams through required changes
- Supporting a diverse portfolio of projects; from data integrity to system support and maintenance
- Working collaboratively with the CX Operations team and the wider business to ensure systems and processes are operational, and drive continual improvements
What You Will Have:
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively through various methods with stakeholders of different levels
- Supporting projects to completion desirable but not essential
- Ability to balance strategic thinking and attention to detail with a handson approach
- Ability to leverage data to inform and support critical decisions
- Strong organisational skills and ability to react to suit operational requirements
- Must be able to organise time effectively and prioritise tasks to cope with fluctuating workloads
- Be flexible and adaptable to varying work and priorities
- Able to work on own initiative, making effective decisions and collaborate within a team dynamic
- Comfortable working in a high growth, constantly changing environment
- Excellent strategic thinking
