Description

Tenant Liaison Officer required for temporary contracts in Hull - for circa 20 weeks.

The Role

Working for a construction business you will provide the link between sheltered housing tenant and contractor during work being carried out in communal areas and some of the tenant flats.

This will require face to face interaction and office based tasks too.

Experience Required

Applications are welcome from experienced TLOs or from people with an appropriate skill set/experience of providing customer service to tenants.

The hourly rates offered are PAYE and so you will accrue paid holiday on top of your hourly pay rate, and mileage is included.

Remuneration
£12.00 per hour.

This is a temporary position and Corepeople Recruitment Limited will be acting as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers to the hirer.
