Job Description:

We need an Administrator to support our office of 5 to do the jobs we don't like. This is a great opportunity to get stuck into a high performing laid back team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be organised, structured, good at multi-tasking and able to manage your own time.

A good sense of humour is essential but not necessary.

Qualifications:

What Will You Be Doing From Day To Day

  • Support the recruitment process in obtaining references for new employees.
  • Screening telephone calls, handling queries, and acting as "Gatekeeper".
  • Sending out birthday and thank you cards only to those who deserve them.
  • Completing Care Professional appraisals and one to one supervision either in person or via zoom.
  • Create order from the chaos that one of us has created.
  • Arranging post and ordering office supplies, including PPE.
  • Printing and other administrative tasks that may arise.
  • Enter into the odd provoked battle with the printer.
  • Make endless cups of tea, coffee and occasionally correct our grammar.

Essential Skills

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • A good communicator, but we are willing to consider exceptional communicators.
  • Providing that discreet and confidential service as in any support role.

Personal Criteria

  • A "cando" attitude with persistence to chase for information and a resilience to get the job done.
  • A great manager of your own time and work at a great pace (we're not always busy, but we like to tell people we are)
  • A great telephone manner and always show ambassadorial qualities to both colleagues and customers.
