Description

Joining us as Merchandising Assistant, you will provide ongoing support to the Buying department with core processes, reports and analysis, ensuring orders are placed within Supplier lead times to deliver required stock to support sales, availability and stock turn targets.

Assisting Buyers with forecast accuracy / planning, you will conduct data analysis, take responsibility for product availability management, and critique all CAF's in terms of accuracy of information and composition.

You will assist the Buyers with budget planning and set up, manage and follow up all trading systems to ensure product availability and delivery.

You will work with Suppliers to ensure stock is delivered on time and ensure all orders are raised accurately and acknowledged by the Supplier within agreed KPIs.

As Merchandising Assistant, you will also manage the warehouse intake process in conjunction with the Goods In department and the Suppliers, and manage the delivery schedule, being pro-active to mitigate any risks and flagging any issues as they arise.
