Talent Acquisition Advisor - Treatment

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Hybrid working available with up to 3 days working from home)


Location:
Kingswood House, Norton Canes, Cannock, WS11 8JP


Salary:
Up to 30k

What you'll be doing;

  • Managing the endtoend recruitment process.
  • Collaborating and partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
  • Utilising and maintaining the applicant tracking system (Workday) to progress recruitment activity.
  • Tracking hiring metrics including time to hire, cost per hire and source of hire, working to achieve team targets.
  • Creating a talent pool for future requirements.
  • Providing consultative advice to hiring managers on best practice, interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
  • Hosting and participating in job fairs when required.

What we're looking for;

  • Technical or high volume recruitment experience
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work at a fast pace.
  • Previous experience as an agency or inhouse recruiter, preferably recruiting for operational/industrial positions.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of headhunting techniques to utilise social platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Familiarity with using applicant tracking systems is desirable
