The Company:


We are looking for a Fashion Administrator / Merchandiser Admin with a keen interest In fashion to work as a for an established Ladieswear supplier.

Retailers include Matalan/ Asda/ Next/ Very to name a few.


The Role:


  • Working within the Leicester Head Office.
  • Supporting a key member of the team to manage the online fashion accounts
  • You will be responsible for processing orders, sending goods out for labelling, organising the stock when it comes in, dealing with returns
  • Liaising with Far East factories.
  • Managing the critical path
  • Responsible for chasing up sampling.
  • Booking incoming and outgoing orders and deliveries.
  • Following up any problems / issues which arise.
  • General administration
  • Any other duties as and when required.

Skills Required:

MUST have experience in a similar role

MUST have a keen interest in fashion:


  • Fully computer literate with strong Excel and Word skills.
  • Highly organised, efficient and can work to tight deadlines, within a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must be proactive, able to use initiative.
