An ambitious and determined Assistant Building Surveyor is now needed to join a global consultancy, in their Surrey based office.

The Assistant Building Surveyor's role

As the successful Assistant Building Surveyor, you will gain experience across the full range of core Building Surveying services, both professional and project instructions, on an exciting and varied portfolio of clients across the commercial, industrial,high end residential and healthcare sectors.

The new Assistant Building Surveyor, will join an establish team of 17 other Building Surveyors, of mixed levels and will benefit from a structured APC programme, with regular APC 1:1 reviews.

The Assistant Building Surveyor will have

BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
6+ months experience with a private practice/consultancy
Strong communication; both written and verbal
Ambitious and determined attitude, with a keen eagerness to learn
