We are currently seeking a Customer Representative to join our team.

The Customer Representative will be the frontline of our customer service team, responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate information about products or services
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Uphold phone etiquette standards during all customer interactions
  • Up sell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction

Skills:


  • Strong analytical skills to understand customer requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Skilful in up selling techniques to promote additional offerings
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette for professional customer interactions

Pay:
From £24,027.47 per year
